VIRTUAL means a virtual class you attend live online from anywhere. Registrants will be emailed a zoom link 60 minutes prior to class.

Weekly Studio Class Cancellation Policies:

If you register and are no longer able to attend, you can cancel up to 1 hour before class starts without penalty. Any payments made towards classes or workshops will be credited to your account with Yoga Zen if you cancel before 1 hour. There are no refunds to credit cards or original payments forms.

If you cancel less than 1 hour before class your class pass will be used with no refund or credit.

MEMBERS: If you cancel less than 1 hour before class starts or if you no call no show, you may be charged a $10 fee IF the class was full and we are unable to fill the spot as a result of the late cancellation OR if less than 2 people show to class.

If less than 2 people are registered 1 hour before class starts class will be cancelled and the student(s) who are registered will be notified.

Workshop & Event Cancellation Policies:

Tickets for workshops and special events are nonrefundable. If you need to cancel, you may receive studio credit if you notify the studio more than 24 hours before the workshop or event.
