Cancellation Policy
Your appointment time is reserved for you and your provider plans their time around their booked appointments. Appointments are nonrefundable. If you need to cancel your appointment, any payments made will be credited to your account with Yoga Zen to use for a future appointment.
We require a 24 hour cancellation notice for all appointments at Yoga Zen. If you cancel outside of this policy please note that 50% of services booked will be charged to your credit card on file.
If you do not show up to your appointment without giving us notice, please note that we will have to charge 100% of the services booked to the card we have on file.
If your bodywork provider has to cancel your session due to illness or extenuating circumstances, the appointment will remain as a credit on your studio account.
